How refunds work
- iOS / Apple App Store: request a refund via Apple's website at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides based on their policy. We cannot refund an iOS purchase directly.
- Android / Google Play: request a refund via Google Play within 48 hours of purchase at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. Beyond 48 hours, Google's policy decides. We cannot refund an Android purchase directly.
Cancellation vs. refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period — you keep Premium access until the period ends. To get a refund and cancel, request the refund through Apple / Google as above.
Auto-renewal
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel anytime from the App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the renewal date prevent the next charge.
Free trial
The annual plan offers a 7-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial without being charged — cancel from your store account settings before the trial ends. After the trial, the annual plan is charged in full.
Disputes
If Apple / Google denies a refund and you believe the denial is incorrect, write to us at support@getsenderly.xyz with the order id and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, advocate on your behalf with the store.
Publisher payouts
This refund policy covers viewer subscriptions. Publisher payouts are governed by the Terms of Service. Refunds issued by the stores after revenue has been credited may result in clawback against future earnings.
